Coventry’s provider search is updated weekly. Our provider network is subject to change without notice. The participation of a provider is never guaranteed, even if a member is referred by their physician to the provider. It is important to know when you enroll in this plan, services are provided through the plan's delivery system, but continued participation of any one doctor, hospital, or other provider cannot be guaranteed.

Members should always verify that the provider they choose is participating in our network before receiving services. For questions, verification of provider participation, or assistance locating a provider, please call Customer Service at the number on the back of your Member ID card.

Behavioral Health Benefits - Effective January 1, 2012

Begining January 1, 2012 Behavioral Health benefits will be administered by MHNet. To locate a provider, enter the Provider Search below. Once in the Provider Search, click on Behavorial Health/Substance Abuse Providers. From there you can narrow your search by zip code, specialty, hospital affiliation or many more customized filters. For help locating a provider or for benefit questions,  MHNet dedicated University of Missouri representatives can be reached at 855-884-8532.

If you are unable to find your provider in these searches, please submit a Provider Nomination Form. Your provider will be contacted about joining the Coventry network.
